01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkrvip. Access to or use of the pkrvip platform — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing bets or playing casino games — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with pkrvip. Specific promotions may carry additional terms, which will be published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any service on pkrvip. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of where they are located or which games or services they intend to use.

pkrvip takes age verification seriously. You may be asked to provide documentary proof of age at any point, including during registration, before your first withdrawal, or if there is any reason to suspect that an account is being used by or on behalf of a minor. Documents commonly requested include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.

• Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately suspended and any remaining balance forfeited.
• Any winnings generated during a period when the account holder was underage will not be paid out.
• You are responsible for ensuring that no person under 18 has access to your pkrvip account credentials.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on pkrvip. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or any other identifying detail — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. pkrvip may request updated documentation if your registered details appear inconsistent with payment or identity records.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

• Accounts must not be transferred, sold, or used by any person other than the registered account holder.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits at pkrvip are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and cards. Deposits made through mobile wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your pkrvip account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from your wallet provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly within the deposit section of your account. pkrvip does not charge fees on deposits, but your wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are outside pkrvip's control.

• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted.
• pkrvip reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.
• Any deposits made in a currency other than PKR will be declined or converted at the prevailing rate, and any resulting discrepancy is the player's responsibility.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pkrvip are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies across all withdrawal channels. Full details of current withdrawal limits and processing times are available on the Withdrawal page.

Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete identity verification. This involves submitting a copy of your CNIC or passport and, in some cases, proof of your registered address. This process is standard and is in place to protect your account and the integrity of the platform.

• Withdrawals requested to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically processed within a few hours of approval.
• Raast and bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days.
• Bonus funds are subject to their own wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met.
• pkrvip reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain amounts.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts in the name of the registered player.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

pkrvip offers various promotional bonuses including deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses and cashback. All bonuses are subject to individual terms that are stated on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The core rules below apply to all bonus offers unless the individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Each promotion is available to one account per person, household, device and IP address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period and used before the stated expiry date.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated on the individual promotion's terms page.
• pkrvip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time or to amend the terms of an ongoing offer with notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or deliberately placing offsetting bets — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

07 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pkrvip are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market terms at the time the bet is placed. This section covers general betting rules applicable to cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other sports available on the platform.

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified players with a sufficient account balance at the time of placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the cash-out feature is available and the player chooses to use it before the relevant event concludes.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules — in most cases, stakes are returned.
• In-play bets are accepted at pkrvip's discretion. Odds are updated in real time and the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• pkrvip reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where there is evidence of irregular activity or manipulation of the relevant event.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed within the sportsbook at the time of placing a bet.
• During PSL, T20 internationals and other major cricket events, enhanced markets and special rules may apply — these will be stated alongside the relevant markets.

08 Casino Game Rules

Casino games on pkrvip — including slots, live casino, table games and bingo — are provided by third-party software suppliers. Each game operates according to the rules of that specific game as determined by the supplier. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real money.

• All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real dealing procedures conducted by trained dealers in professional studios.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game's information section.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection — the round outcome will be determined by the server-side record. Any incomplete round will be resolved based on the game state recorded at the point of disconnection.

• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit promotions.
• Using automated software, bots or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions made against deposits.
• Any activity that pkrvip reasonably believes to be in breach of these terms.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will remain inaccessible until the investigation is complete. If the suspension results in permanent closure due to a verified breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support — verified balances will be returned via the registered withdrawal method.

11 Privacy & Data

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes set out in that document, including identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and account management.

• pkrvip is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits or data arising from technical issues beyond the platform's control, including internet connectivity issues on your end.
• pkrvip is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• pkrvip's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

13 Changes to Terms

pkrvip reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated document will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and return of any verified balance.
